If the Twist 25 cream pump bottle won’t squirt, please put the plastic cap back on the bottle and give it a firm thump upside down on a table or countertop. This will force the cream in the bottle into the actuator valve in the pump and clear air from the pump head to prime the pump. Then push the pump head completely and give it another thump upside down. Once the pump is primed it should work fine. The cream should be kept at room temperature between 68-77 degrees Fahrenheit in a cool dry place. Do not freeze or refrigerate.
