Sunlight is a life giving force. Sunlight allows the skin to produce Vitamin D-3. Due to lifestyle most Americans get too little sunlight, not too much. Therefore, most Americans have diminished levels of Vitamin D-3. Get sunshine and get Vitamin D-3. We all need Vitamin D-3 to be healthy. Vitamin D3 is a pro-hormone vital to life that allows development, growth and maintenance of a healthy body from birth until death.

Suggested Use
As a dietary supplement, take 1 tablet of Health2Go Vitamin D-3 daily, or as recommended by your health care practitioner.
The recommended daily Vitamin D is 1000 mg (1 tab per day Health2Go Vitamin D-3).
Some exposure to the sun is good. Human skin produces Vitamin D-3 when exposed to ultraviolet rays of the sun.
The minimum U.S. Recommended Daily Allowance (RDA) is 400 mg. If one spends about 8 minutes at mid-day with 25% of skin surface exposed to the sun the human body produces about 400 mg of Vitamin D-3.
Most people do not spend much time outside in the sunlight. We are told to stay out of the sunlight - wear sun block and hats to block sunlight from the skin “because you could get skin cancer”.
Window glass blocks the needed ultraviolet (UV) spectrum sunlight. Without direct sunlight, the healthy effects of sunlight on the skin and internal processes cannot occur.
Given the well-known detrimental side effects of ultraviolet light, oral Vitamin D-3 is a safe way to get needed Vitamin D-3 every day.
According to the National Institute of Health (NIH) the best food sources of Vitamin D-3 are fish products such as cod, salmon, tuna and sardines.
Precautions
If you have any signs of an allergic reaction: difficulty breathing, swelling of face, lips, tongue or throat and/or hives (itchy or swollen rash) anywhere on the body, particularly the face, torso or arms get emergency medical help and discontinue use.
While Vitamin D overdose is possible, it is very rare. Toxicity only becomes an issue if taking more than 100,000 mg per day. Such overdosing becomes an issue if high intake levels are surpassed on a consistent basis for several months.
Physical symptoms of Vitamin D overdose are nausea, loss of appetite and accompanying weight loss. One may become dehydrated and experience increased thirst and headaches. If overdose continues itchy skin, fatigue and weakness may occur. Eventually if too much Vitamin D continues to be taken elevated levels of calcium in the blood can damage soft tissues. As stated above, such overdose symptoms would require taking about 100,000 mg every day for several months.
To avoid any problems please follow the Suggested Use above or recommendations by your physician.
